“Cypress Trees” is an oil painting created by Dutch painter Van Gogh in 1889 and is housed in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
Van Gogh left behind a wealth of works, including “Sunflowers”, “Starry Night”, “Crows over the Wheat Field”, etc., but his works were not gradually recognized until after his death. His art had a profound influence on 20th century expressionism, especially Soutine and German expressionist painters.
